Do you need a second opinion on your pitching? Or feel like you've hit a wall in your progress? If so, an Intensive Training Session with Coach Harley could be exactly what you need! This is a great option for pitchers who live far away or can't get into Coach Harley's regular schedule due to her waiting list. These sessions are designed for serious pitchers looking to elevate their mechanics and take their skills to the next level.
What's Included​
  • ​Video Analysis: We will conduct a detailed video analysis from the start, identifying key mechanical setbacks and diving deep into the reason behind your movements. 
  • Personalized Coaching: Gain a deeper understanding of how your body works while pitching.
  • Game Plan Development: Leave with a customized plan to support your progress at home.

  • Duration: Minimum of 2 hours 
  • Cost: $120 per hour (50% deposit required to reserve your session)
    • Complete payment due at conclusion of session.​
    • Payment information will be given once session is accepted and booked.

  • When does Harley offer these intensive sessions?
    • Currently Harley offers intensive sessions on Saturdays.​
  • ​Who can attend these intensive sessions?
    • Serious pitchers only who are looking to elevate their game and who are willing to put in hard work! ​​
  • What is the Refund Policy? ​
    • If you need to cancel more than 5 days in advance, we can refund the deposit or reschedule the training session with no penalty. If you cancel within 5 days, your deposit is non-refundable.​
  • Do we need to bring a catcher for the intensive session?​
    • Harley will not provide a catcher during this intensive training session. If you would like your athlete to throw to a catcher, you must provide one, or she can throw into a pitching target. Most of the session will be drills where a catcher is not necessary, so if you cannot find a catcher, it's not a problem! ​
