Coach Victoria Torp brings a wealth of athletic experience and a deep passion for softball to the Diamond Elite coaching staff. Hailing from West Milford, New Jersey, Victoria established herself as a standout three-sport varsity athlete, excelling in soccer, basketball, and softball. Although she showcased her prowess in multiple sports, her heart was always with softball.

Victoria's journey continued at Stockton University, where she played collegiate softball from 2016 to 2019. Throughout her impressive career, she solidified her place as a key player for Stockton. Victoria concluded her collegiate softball journey with a remarkable 3.0 ERA in 408 innings pitched, a testament to her skill and dedication on the mound.

In 2019, Victoria achieved significant milestones, becoming Stockton's career leader in appearances with 101 and saves with 8. Her name also etched into Stockton history, securing the third position in innings pitched (408) and tying for fifth in wins with an impressive 30 victories. These accomplishments underscored her impact and proficiency as a collegiate athlete.

Transitioning seamlessly from player to coach, Victoria became a valuable member of the Diamond Elite coaching staff. Her coaching style is marked by a genuine love for the game, and her passion shines through in every session.
