With nearly a decade of experience, Coach Kyle Rose has established himself as a leading personal trainer in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Since earning his certification in 2015, Kyle has dedicated his career to helping athletes and individuals achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Kinesiology & Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University, a background that uniquely positions him to understand the biomechanics of movement and the importance of proper nutrition.

Kyle’s passion for fitness goes beyond the physical. He genuinely cares about the long-term well-being of his clients, emphasizing not only strength and athletic performance but also injury prevention and overall health. His comprehensive approach ensures that each client receives a tailored plan that covers strength training, speed development, balance, agility, injury prevention, and even exercise rehabilitation for those recovering from injuries.
